These days I’ve not been very active here nor I’ve been in mostly anything else since I fell sick. Sore throat led to flu expecially after my father got the flu himself, so he must have passed it onto me.
I rarely take the flu, and this one has been full of coughing, sore throat, abdominal pains expecially when coughing and high temperature but not dangerous.
Fortunately its almost gone… almost.
BUT (you tought it was gonna end here?) now I have another little problem…my appendix has problems… the doctor says I might be spared the operation by eating light for some days and that’s what i’m doing in the hope not to be taken apart while forcefully asleep…
Will it end? I feel persecuted…
I’ve been waiting for this little wonder box too long that I had forgot about it… until yesterday… i went to apple’s website and it was there, ready to be ordered?! I just couldn’t resist, so I went to the italian web apple store to see if it was there too… it is!! I immediately called them and ordered one.
The bad news is it won’t ship till february… I hope not the end of february, but anyway, this gives me time to convert my existing divx library + all my original dvds to the iTunes format. And boy, if it takes time! I estimate ending the conversion in 1 to 2 months… just in time for the baby to knock at my door.
It’s really a shame that in the advanced society we created with information available anytime, anywhere that information is about not to be free anymore.
I myself was not familiar with the concept of Net Neutrality, simply because it was given for granted, no-one would have thought the internet could be splitted by user classes…
We already pay a fee to access the internet, what more do you MegaCorporations want?
